Reversing a long trailer into a tight yard on one mirror-mounted camera is mostly guesswork. This kit runs four cameras onto a single 7-inch screen, so what is beside the drive wheels appears at the same moment as what is behind the tail lights.

Four angles on one screen

The monitor accepts four video channels and splits them, which means side cameras stay live while reversing rather than only appearing when selected. On the move, that same split view covers the length of a semi trailer, a bus or a long caravan. The supplier lists the cameras at 1080p feeding a 7-inch LCD panel, which is large enough for a split quadrant to be genuinely readable rather than a novelty. A built-in DVR records the feeds, though it captures video only.

Sealed for road spray and night driving

Cameras bolted to the outside of a truck live in grime, dust and insects. These are full-sealed and glue-filled to IP68, and each carries infrared LEDs so the picture holds once the sun drops. Supply voltage spans DC 12 V to 24 V, covering 4WDs and light trucks as well as heavy vehicles on 24 V electrics.
