Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (Metro areas): 3-7 business days
- Standard Shipping (Regional/Remote areas): 5-14 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (metro areas only)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, particularly for larger or heavier items such as winches and recovery kits.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Australia-Wide Delivery
We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia, including regional and remote areas. Some remote locations may incur additional freight surcharges or extended delivery times, particularly for bulky items like winches, recovery tracks and jump starters.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Australia.
Damages
4wdstore.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a resolution.
