For this size the supplier quotes 200 lb (90.7 kg) as the rack's capacity. That is what the basket is rated to carry, and it says nothing about what your car's roof or the bars beneath it will accept. Both are usually smaller, and both are printed in the vehicle handbook. Four U-bolts clamp to existing bars, with no drilling.
