Thirteen thousand volts is what this tester reads to, and that ceiling is the whole reason it exists. It connects with a fence stud rather than a probe, and Giantz treats that as the selling point, saying the stud does away with messy probes. That word is plural in the supplier's own sentence. The stud is one connection, and no sentence here says what stood at the far end of that pair, or whether you still have to make it.

The reading, and the allowance printed beside it

Accuracy is given as plus or minus five per cent, stated twice: once up in the prose and again as a Tolerance line.
