The title and the description are describing two different products

This needs saying before anything else about it. The product title calls this an LED interior strip light. The description underneath does not describe an LED strip at all — it describes electroluminescent wire, an inverter-driven technology in which the entire length glows evenly, and it warns outright that an ear held close will pick up a faint buzz. That buzz is the signature of an EL inverter. LED strips do not make it. The description then muddles its own account by signing off with the phrase "electroluminescent LED strip design".
