Before the first cut

• Never run trim across an airbag seam. Dash tops, door cards and pillar trims carry moulded tear lines that an airbag opens through, often marked SRS or AIRBAG. Anything stuck over one can change how it opens. If you cannot identify the seam, leave that panel alone.
• Keep it off sensor windows, speaker grilles, air vents and any control or switch surround.
• No claim of paint-safe or residue-free removal appears in the supplier's data, and none is made here. Try a short offcut somewhere hidden before committing to a visible run.
• The adhesive carries no published temperature range, and interior surfaces in direct sun get extremely hot. Bond to a clean, dry, cool surface and press it down properly.
