Reading fuel pressure means getting a gauge into a line that is already made up. Splicing a tee into a running system introduces two more joints that can weep. This adapter avoids that: it screws inline between two AN-6 connections and carries its own threaded port for the gauge or sender.
The three threads, exactly as the supplier lists them
One end is an AN6 male fitting and the other is female, with the AN6 thread size given as 9/16-18UNF. Threaded into the side of the body is a 1/8 inch NPT port, the size most automotive fuel pressure gauges and senders are cut to. Those are the supplier's figures and they are reproduced without conversion, because a thread is the one specification on a fitting that must never be approximated. Machining is from 6061-T6 billet aluminium alloy, an alloy chosen here for the way it holds a clean thread form rather than for any strength claim.
Two figures that need reading carefully
The supplier states a maximum pressure of 4000PSI and an operating range of -76 degrees F to 572 degrees F. Both are published here exactly as given, in the units given, with no conversion and no interpretation. No test standard, no certifying body and no method is named against either figure, which means neither can be treated as verified. A near-identical fitting from the same supplier carries markedly lower numbers, so treat these as the supplier's claim and design your system to the ratings of the components you can actually verify.
Key features
- Inline gauge take-off: adds a sensor point without cutting or splicing a made-up line.
- AN6 male to female: sits between two existing AN-6 connections.
- 9/16-18UNF AN6 thread: the thread size the supplier publishes.
- 1/8 inch NPT port: takes a standard automotive gauge or sender.
- 6061-T6 billet aluminium: the alloy named in the supplier's specification.

Before you fit these
- A fuel line stays pressurised long after the ignition is off. Relieve the pressure through the proper procedure for your vehicle, catch what comes out, and keep every ignition source away from the work.
- The pressure and temperature figures above are quoted as the supplier published them, with no standard behind them. Nothing here claims suitability for any injection system, any pump pressure or any particular fuel: petrol, diesel, ethanol blends and methanol are all absent from the supplier's data.
- Sealing this joint correctly, choosing any thread sealant, and pressure-testing the assembly before the vehicle is driven all sit with whoever fits it. If that is unfamiliar territory, hand the job to a workshop.
- Aluminium threads pick up and gall when forced. Wind them together by hand first and stop at the point the seal is made.
One machined body, three published threads, and a gauge port placed where the line already runs.
