Sealed LED units sidestep most of what kills a filament lamp: a corroded socket, water sitting in the housing, a bulb shaken loose on corrugations.

IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction — on a trailer, the difference between a lamp that survives a wet winter of highway work and one that fogs up inside a fortnight. The housing is ABS, taking vibration and stone strike without cracking the way a brittle lens will. Each light weighs about 120 g and measures 120 x 95 x 22 mm, with roughly 20 cm of cable to join into an existing trailer loom.

Eight LEDs a side, supplied as a pair

Lights come as a left and a right, eight LEDs in each, with red and yellow output on a DC 12 V supply.
