What it physically does

The lock hooks over the steering wheel rim at two points and locks closed, leaving a bar across the wheel that fouls the cabin before the wheel can complete a turn. Before you fit this

• Remove the lock before driving. It is a parking device only and must be off the wheel before the vehicle is moved.
• Fit it clear of the airbag module in the wheel hub, and do not let it rest on or cover the airbag cover.
• Check the fitted lock does not press against the indicator stalks, horn pad or any other control.
