Late-model RAV4s leave the factory with roof rails and nothing bridging them, so the roof stays unusable until bars go on. These bolt into the original mounting points, with no drilling and no clamps biting into the rail.

Fitment first, because it is narrow

This is a vehicle-specific set, not a universal bar. It is listed for the Toyota RAV4 2020-2023 and explicitly not for the Adventure or TRD Off-Road grades, which carry different rails. Because the feet land on the factory roof holes, fitting is a bolt-up job the supplier puts at roughly ten minutes with the hardware supplied. Confirm your grade before ordering; the wrong RAV4 will not line up.

6063-T6 aluminium with a lock at each foot

The bars are drawn from 6063-T6 aluminium, an alloy used where a section must stay straight under load without the weight of steel or rusting once the coating chips. The tube is aerodynamic in profile, which cuts the drumming square bars generate at speed. Each foot is moulded PA nylon with a rubber pad against the roof, and locks by rotating the seated bar 90 degrees.
