Trailer marker lights lead a hard life: constant vibration, road spray and a wiring run left out in the weather. This set of ten sealed LED markers is meant to be fitted once and then left alone — moulded ABS body, lens bonded closed rather than clipped over a rubber seal.
Sealed at both ends, not just the lens
Water gets into a marker lamp two ways: past the lens, and up the cable where it enters the housing. The supplier states this lamp is sealed at both points. The body is ABS, so it flexes and takes stone chip instead of cracking, and at roughly 100 x 20 x 8 mm it sits close enough to a tray rail to stay clear of branches and tie-down straps.
Two wires and nothing to work out
Each lamp runs off a plain two-core tail — black negative, yellow positive, on a 12 V DC supply. No driver box, no separate earth strap, nothing to configure. Six LEDs per lamp share the current, so a full run can hang off one existing feed. Ten in a set also means both sides of a trailer end up with lamps of the same age and output.
Key features
- Ten lamps per set: enough for both sides of a trailer or tray in one go.
- Six LEDs each: output does not rest on a single emitter.
- Sealed lens and cable entry: the two places a marker lamp lets water in.
- Two-wire 12 V hook-up: black negative, yellow positive, no controller.

Before you fit these
- These lamps emit yellow (amber) light only. Colour, position and visibility requirements for marker, indicator and rear lamps apply to road vehicles and vary by state — confirm the requirements that apply to your vehicle and state before fitting for road use.
- The supplier lists this lamp against a long run of uses including tail, number plate and parking lights. An amber lamp will not produce the output colour those functions call for, so treat it as a side marker or clearance lamp.
- No lighting standard or approval marking is named in the supplier data, and no compliance claim is made here in either direction.
A straightforward way to bring the marker lighting on a trailer or tray back to a consistent standard.
