• Check the base before ordering. The supplier lists this globe as both BA15D and BAY15D, and those are different bases — BAY15D has offset pins and seats one way only, BA15D does not. Pull your existing globe and match it.
• An LED draws far less current than the filament globe an indicator circuit was built around, which commonly causes hyper-flashing. The supplier notes a load resistor or decoder may be needed and suggests a 50 W 6 ohm resistor, despite the listing describing the globe as Canbus. Resistors run hot in service, so mount them accordingly.
• This is an LED retrofit into a housing designed for a filament globe. No claim is made here about the resulting beam or output pattern.
