Before you press anything

• Wear eye protection. Bearings and pressed parts can shatter and throw fragments at speed.
• Keep hands, and everyone else, outside the frame while the ram is under load.
• Stay inside the stated 12T rating and never defeat or adjust the relief valve.
• Support the work squarely across both arbor plates. A part that tips under load can be launched out of the frame.
