The single number to check is temple height: the universal case takes frames up to 40 mm at the temple, which covers most prescription glasses, sunglasses and sports goggles but rules out deep wraparound frames. Stand your own pair on a flat surface and measure the arm at its tallest point. The case's external dimensions would settle it faster, but that measurement arrives with its separators stripped out and cannot be read, so we have left it out rather than guess.
